Bradley Ashton is currently an Associate Partner at EY Cayman, having taken on the role in 2025. Previously, they served as a Senior Reinsurance Structuring Actuary and a Capital Solutions Actuary at Aon from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, Bradley worked as an Actuarial Consultant at Barnett Waddingham from 2018 to 2020, and began their career with roles at Aviva as an Actuarial Intern and Trainee in 2014, and a Finance Intern at Asda in 2013. They hold a Fellowship in Life Insurance from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Mathematics from the University of Leeds.
