Bradley Bilgore

Bradley Bilgore is an Executive Coach and Mentor, with extensive experience in the financial markets, having spent 30 years at Morgan Stanley, where they served as Managing Director. They have a strong background in European equity trading, regulatory change implementation, and international governance, and have contributed to various governance committees at both regional and global levels. Currently, Bradley holds advisory roles at EY and VoxSmart while also operating their own coaching and mentoring firm, Bilgore&Co. Passionate about developing high-performing teams and giving back to the community, they have actively participated in charitable organizations such as Pilot Light and Place2be. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, they aim to leverage their expertise in non-executive board roles to foster growth and improve business performance.
