Brandi Deleon

Brandi Deleon, MA, SHRM-SCP, is a Senior Consultant in People Advisory Services at EY. With extensive experience in human resources, Brandi has successfully led cross-functional initiatives at Pinnacle Advanced Reliability Technologies, focusing on learning and development and HR business partnership. They have developed training programs that aligned with organizational goals and improved HR practices, while also managing employee relations and benefits for over 800 employees. Brandi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Baylor University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
