Brian Eaves

Brian Eaves is an experienced management consultant and strategic advisor with a focus on the energy and utilities sector. They have been engaged at Board and CEO levels to provide independent program oversight and advisory support. Currently serving as a management consultant and director at Future Reach since 1998, Brian also holds an executive consultant position at EY. Their expertise includes governance design, procurement leadership, and overseeing large-scale transformation initiatives, notably within major energy organizations. Prior to their current roles, Brian was a principal consultant at SMS Management & Technology Ltd from 1989 to 1998.
