Brian Eggert

Brian Eggert is a Partner in Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young, where they have advised corporate and private equity clients for over 11 years on business acquisitions, divestitures, and integrations. Since joining Ernst & Young in 2013, Brian has focused on the technology sector and has managed transactions with enterprise values ranging from less than $100 million to over $7 billion. Prior to this role, Brian worked in EY's assurance practice, providing audit services in Chicago and Zurich. Brian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Miami University, where they graduated in 1998.
