Bruna Martoni

Bruna Martoni is a lawyer currently serving as a Legal Manager at EY. With a strong background in corporate law, Bruna has eight years of membership in the Brazilian Bar Association and five years of experience in a corporate legal department within the civil construction segment. Previous roles include serving as a lawyer at BNP Paribas Cardif and Bueno Netto, where Bruna focused on contract drafting, negotiation, and risk management. Bruna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and a post-graduate degree in Labor Law and Process from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Verbal and written fluency in Portuguese and advanced English complement Bruna's excellent organizational and communication skills.
