Bryon Christensen

Bryon Christensen is a principal in the Tax Policy and Controversy group at EY, a position held since September 2019, where they focus on resolving complex tax issues for clients. Prior to joining EY, Bryon served as Associate General Counsel, Tax at Microsoft from 2017 to 2019 and as Tax Counsel at Amazon from 2012 to 2017. They also worked as Deputy Tax Legislative Counsel in the U.S. Department of the Treasury from 2008 to 2010. Bryon earned a J.D. from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in economics and Russian from Brigham Young University, and they have shared their expertise as an adjunct professor at Georgetown Law and the University of Washington School of Law.
