Bugra Anildi

Bugra Anildi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and growth strategies across various technology sectors. Currently serving as a Director for Customer & Growth at EY since November 2025, Bugra previously held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Sales Officer at Doğuş Teknoloji from November 2023 to October 2025. Prior to this, Bugra was the Country Manager and Head of Sales for Turkey and the Middle East at IDVerse, part of LexisNexis® Risk Solutions, from February 2022 to October 2023. Other notable roles include Head of Financial Sector Sales at Pegasystems and Head of Sales at Experian, where significant responsibilities included managing sales processes for major banks and telecom operators across numerous countries. Bugra's career began as a founding partner at DNA Internet Solutions, managing sales and marketing within a start-up environment. Bugra holds a BA in Political Science from Boğaziçi University and graduated from Robert College.
