Carl Marrelli

Carl Marrelli is a Managing Director at EY, focusing on enhancing customer experience through empathetic design and cognitive technology. Previously, they held the position of Director of Artificial Intelligence at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., where they developed the AI strategy and built the initial AI practice. Carl also served as Director and later Managing Director at KPMG US, contributing to the Global Center of Excellence for data, analytics, artificial intelligence, and intelligent automation. With a background as a Senior Managing Consultant at IBM, Carl has extensive experience in managing complex IT projects and initiatives across various industries. Carl earned a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University.
