Carole Manion is an experienced Business Change & Adoption Manager with a strong background in managing transformational change across various sectors. They have held key roles at companies such as First Central, The Pensions Regulator, and Southern Water, where they successfully directed large-scale change initiatives involving culture, process, and technology. Carole possesses formal qualifications in Programme, Project, and Risk Management, and has a BSc in Natural Science from The Open University, along with a BA in Environment, Archaeology, and Conservation from Leeds University. Currently, Carole is employed as a Business Change & Adoption Manager at EY.
