Carolien Redant

Carolien Redant is the Director of CFO Services at EY Belgium, where they lead a team dedicated to addressing the challenges faced by CFOs across various companies. They have extensive experience in financial reporting under IFRS and IPSAS, having been involved in numerous large conversion projects and provided recurring advisory services. Previously, Carolien held various positions, including Senior Manager at EY and Manager at PwC, and has contributed to audit processes in the banking and insurance sectors. Additionally, they teach IFRS at Brugge Management School and are currently pursuing a certificate in international public sector accounting standards from CIPFA. Carolien holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance, as well as prior education in Law.
