Caroline Henderson

Caroline Henderson is the UKI Assurance Talent Leader at EY, where they have dedicated their entire career since joining the graduate training program in 1997. They spent four years in EY Aberdeen focusing on the Energy and Private Middle Market sectors before a pivotal secondment to the UK Graduate Recruitment team in London. Over the years, Caroline has led various people strategy projects and currently directs the EY Global Assurance Talent team, working to support nearly 90,000 people globally while balancing professional commitments with family life. Caroline holds a degree in Accountancy from the University of Aberdeen.
