Carter Young is currently a Senior Technology Risk Consultant in the Financial Services Organization at EY, where they have been since 2023. Previously, they co-founded CLASP Legal Technologies and have built a successful podcast to guide students in their career paths. Carter has also gained experience in sales and business development at Snowflake and has owned a tech support company, 925TECH. They served as a men's rowing coach at Green Templeton College, University of Oxford, leading the team to its most successful seasons since its inception. Carter earned a Bachelor's degree from Oxford Brookes University in 2023.
