Casey Mezyk

Casey Mezyk is a seasoned finance and accounting professional currently serving as the Vice President and Senior Finance Manager at PNC, overseeing the Finance and Accounting for the Capital Markets segment. Responsibilities include managing the annual budget, monthly forecasts, and compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Prior to this position, Casey was a Senior Manager within the Corporate Banking segment at PNC and held a similar role at Ernst & Young, where extensive experience in auditing public companies was gained.
