Catherine Whelan

Catherine Whelan is a Senior Manager at EY in the Government & Infrastructure sector within People Consulting, where they develop organizational and people capability. Previously, Catherine served as a New Business Manager at Simpson Millar and gained diverse experience in roles such as Senior Consultant and Public Sector PMO Lead at Korn Ferry. They also held a managerial position at EY from 2021 to 2023 and completed a vacation scheme with Pannone in 2013. Catherine is passionate about people and community and was a finalist for the MCA Young Consultant of the Year in 2023.
