Walker began a career as an Analyst at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2003 to 2005, focusing on intercompany transactions and developing methodologies for profit allocation. Subsequently, Caton Walker advanced to Ernst & Young, where roles progressed from Senior Analyst to Senior Manager, and ultimately to Partner in Transfer Pricing. Significant achievements include managing a large-scale global transfer pricing documentation engagement and leading tax controversy efforts across multiple regions.
