Celine Luke

Celine Luke is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in energy transition policy and regulation. Currently serving as a Partner at EY since October 2020, Celine provides strategic advice to public and private sector clients aimed at facilitating the transition to a low emissions future. Previous roles at EY included Director of Energy Transition and Associate Director, focusing on policy design and regulatory reform. Celine also worked as a Director at Deloitte, addressing the energy sector's transformative challenges, and held several project management and engineering positions at the Essential Services Commission and various consulting engineering firms. Celine holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Trinity College Dublin and has pursued further education in leadership and management.
