Celso Modesto

Celso Modesto, CPA, IFRS certified (ICAEW), is the Managing Director at EY, where they coordinate global audit teams in the Banking and Capital Markets, Commodities Trading, and Asset Management sectors. They have extensive experience leading multi-disciplinary teams of up to 30 members across various countries, specializing in financial consolidation, business combinations, and accounting for financial instruments. Celso is certified as a Public Accountant in New York and holds additional certifications from Brazil and the UK. They completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and furthered their education with a specialization in Finance at Coppead UFRJ.
