Charles Berkeley

Charles Berkeley is a senior Corporate Finance Partner specializing in Energy, Energy Transition, and Infrastructure at EY, where they lead the M&A team across the UK. Previously, Charles held positions as Director of Corporate Finance at Dresdner Kleinwort from 1994 to 2006, Managing Director at Canaccord Genuity Inc. and Royal Bank of Canada Capital Markets, and Non-Executive Chairman at the London Small Business Centre from 2002 to 2017. Charles also participated in a University Scholarship Programme at Arthur Andersen before earning a BA (Hons) from the University of Exeter.
