Charles Pearson has extensive experience in learning and development, having held senior roles at Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers. At Ernst & Young, from July 2007 to February 2017, Pearson served as Senior Manager for EMEIA Learning & Development and progressed to positions including EMEIA Firm Wide Learning Leader and Global Learning Business Partnering Lead. Prior to this, Pearson was a Training Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers from September 1991 to May 2003, where a transition to technical and management training occurred after qualifying in Tax. Pearson holds a BSc in Chemistry from Imperial College London and an ACA from ICAEW.
