Chiara Tonello

Chiara Tonello is an MBA candidate at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and currently works full-time in Business Transformation Consulting at EY. They support financial services institutions in digital transformation initiatives, with a focus on optimizing operations and scaling IT programs across Europe and APAC. Chiara’s background includes international hospitality and consulting experience across six countries, as well as a Bachelor of Science from EHL Hospitality Business School, where they graduated in the top three of their class. Multilingual and driven by impact, Chiara combines resilience and a growth mindset in both professional endeavors and endurance sports.
