Chloë Higgs

Chloë Higgs is a Technology Consultant at Ernst & Young LLP, where they lead organizational change by aligning strategy with a people-first approach to technology. With experience spanning business transformation, change enablement, and data strategy, Chloë helps clients across various sectors navigate complex transformations. Previously, Chloë served as a Campus Ambassador and held multiple roles in Technology & Operations at RBC from 2020 to 2022. They have also contributed as the Corporate Relations Coordinator for Women In Leadership Laurier and have taken leadership roles in various student organizations at Wilfrid Laurier University, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Strategic Management.
