Chloe Pham

Chloe Pham is currently the Director at EY, where they guide business transformation efforts and foster a culture of continuous improvement. With extensive experience in transformation design and delivery, they focus on innovative and effective solutions. Chloe’s previous positions include roles as Senior Manager, Consultant, and Manager at EY, among other consulting and project management experiences. They also serve as an Honorary Visiting Fellow at Bayes Business School, contributing to the development of future professionals through mentorship and collaboration. Chloe holds a Master of Science from Cass Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from EBC Hochschule Berlin.
