Chris Austin is currently the Lead Negotiator for US Strategic Deals at EY, a position they have held since 2025. Chris's legal career includes roles as Corporate Counsel at BCD Travel from 2017 to 2021 and as an Associate at Mercer Thompson LLC, King & Spalding, and Fried Frank from 2012 to 2017. Chris earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Cornell Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from UNC Chapel Hill.
