Chris Bull

Chris Bull is a Director in EY's People Consulting team, specializing in HR strategy, organizational and cultural change, and AI leadership, with extensive experience across Financial Services, Energy and Utilities, and both private and public sectors since May 2017. Prior to this role, Chris served as a Senior Manager in People Advisory Services, focusing on HR transformation and complex change programs, and held the position of Organisational Development Lead at the Central Bank of Ireland, contributing to a significant organization design transformation project. Chris also managed the scrutiny of prospectuses within the Central Bank after overseeing the transfer of this function from the Irish Stock Exchange, where Chris was a Manager responsible for a large team and senior stakeholder management. Chris's education includes an LLB Hons in Law from The University of Manchester and further qualifications from the College of Law, Chester, and the Irish Management Institute, along with specialized training in psychometrics and quantitative psychology.
