Chris Lalchan, P.Eng, PCC, is an accomplished executive coach and leadership partner with extensive experience in both coaching and engineering. As the founder of Empowered Synergy Executive Coaching since May 2019, Chris focuses on helping senior leaders, particularly men, achieve clarity and purpose in balancing demanding careers and family life. Chris also serves as a client relationship partner with Essential Impact, where leadership skill-building is prioritized. A former technical specialist at Trican Well Service, Chris has a strong background in acidizing program design and technical training. Additionally, Chris holds a mentorship role at Royal Roads University and has taken on various consulting and coaching positions, including with EY and DDI. Chris graduated with a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University in 2019.
