Chris McCandless is a Tax Partner at EY, specializing in Global Tax Compliance and Reporting, as well as Tax Transformation. Currently serving as the Global Deputy Leader of the Tax Smart Delivery program, Chris oversees the development of EY’s BEPS compliance practice. With over 25 years of experience in tax and technology, Chris has previously held prominent roles at Deloitte and Barclays, and briefly founded Mounthurst Tax and Accounting in 2021. Chris is a graduate of Oxford University with a degree in Mathematical Sciences and is also a Chartered Accountant. In addition to professional pursuits, Chris is an enthusiastic rugby coach, contributing significantly to the development of girls' rugby at Beccehamian RFC.
