Chris Miller

Chris Miller is an Associate Partner at EY's Asia Pacific Tax Policy centre, where they advise taxpayers throughout the region on tax policy matters, including significant OECD projects and the UN global tax convention. With nearly 20 years of experience in transfer pricing and international taxation, they have worked across industries such as digital technology and natural resources. Chris has previously held key roles at KPMG and PwC, and served as a Tax Policy Advisor at the OECD, leading critical work streams related to the BEPS two-pillar solution and the development of the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines. They hold a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting and dual degrees in Law and Commerce from The University of Western Australia.
