Chris Ward is the Americas Leader for Markets and Sectors in the People Advisory Services practice at EY. With over 25 years of management consulting experience, Chris has advised C-level executives across a range of industries including financial services, government, and healthcare. Previously, Chris owned and directed CharAge Group, Inc., focusing on business strategy and organizational effectiveness, and held senior roles at Accenture. Chris is recognized as one of the "Top 50 Under 50 Executives" by a national business magazine, and currently serves as the Vice President of Program Development on the Advisory Council for the Salvation Army Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Atlanta. Chris is pursuing multiple degrees, including an MBA from the University of Georgia and an Ed.M. from Harvard.
