Ciarán Twiss

Ciarán Twiss is an ACA and CTA-qualified Indirect Tax Specialist with expertise in cross-border VAT/GST and Tax Technology/Automation. Ciarán has held roles at Flow Commerce Inc. as a Tax Analyst and at KPMG Ireland as a Tax Associate, specializing in VAT, Customs, and Excise. Currently, Ciarán serves as an Indirect Tax Technology Product Owner at EY, focusing on the GVRT platform, which is an automated compliance tool for over 90 jurisdictions. Additionally, Ciarán is pursuing a part-time Master's degree in Cloud Computing and Software Development at NUIG while studying Law and Accounting at the University of Limerick, and previously completed studies at the Irish Tax Institute and Chartered Accountants Ireland.
