Clare Allum is a senior Global Talent Leader at EY, bringing over 25 years of experience in talent, learning, and leadership development across the UK, Asia, and EMEIA. Clare has held significant roles within EY, including leading the Learning & Development activities for Asia-Pacific and driving strategies for talent development in a $2 billion business. Previously, they served as the EMEIA Manager and then Director of Performance and Learning at Andersen, where they managed a substantial training budget and developed a comprehensive curriculum for professionals across 54 countries. With a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of Oxford, Clare is also a certified instructor in MBTI and executive coaching. Outside of work, Clare enjoys hiking and skiing in the mountains and has raised two adult children while balancing a successful career.
