Clare Bailey

Clare Bailey is the Head of Talent Acquisition at EY, where they oversee the executive search and direct sourcing activities across the UK and Ireland. With previous experience as Head of Talent Search at EY and in consultancy roles at Korn Ferry Whitehead Mann and Michael Page International, Clare has a strong background in recruitment across various sectors. Clare holds a BA (Hons) in English Language and Literature from the University of Oxford and is currently focused on expanding their team's efforts in Diversity and Inclusion.
