Clare Franklin

Clare Franklin is a Partner and Tax Function Transformation Leader at EY, focusing on the transformation of tax operations for clients across the EMEIA region. With 19 years of international experience, they specialize in advising multinational companies on tax operating models and enhancing tax performance through innovative technologies and agile practices. Clare began their career at Deloitte UK and later held positions at Deloitte AG and EY, where they have led several tax advisory projects. Clare is a qualified UK Chartered Accountant and a Certified UK Tax Advisor, having completed the Chartered Tax Advisor program. Currently, Clare is pursuing an LLB in Law with French law at the College of Law in London.
