Clare Payne is a recognised leader in business ethics, governance, and sustainability, currently serving as the Ethics, Trust and Transparency Leader for EY in Oceania. Clare's career began as a lawyer at Arthur Andersen & Co., later managing the global Integrity Office at Macquarie Group. Clare founded The Banking and Finance Oath and has contributed to various publications, including Harper's Bazaar and the AFR. As an accomplished athlete, Clare swam solo around Manhattan, covering a distance of 46 kilometers. Clare holds a Bachelor of Communications and Laws and is a Vincent Fairfax Fellow for Ethics in Leadership.
