Clare Seager

Clare Seager is the Assistant Director of Infrastructure Advisory at Ernst & Young, a position held since 2011. With extensive project management expertise, they provide financial and commercial advice on major Public-Private Partnership (PPP) transactions to both public and private sector clients.
