Colm Healy

Colm Healy is currently a Workforce Advisory Lead at EY Ireland, specializing in advising clients on people and performance issues within the People Consulting practice. With a strong background, Colm previously held roles as a Senior Consultant, Senior Manager, Director, Manager, and Consultant at EY from 2016 to 2018. Colm has also worked as an Operations Specialist at CarTrawler (2012-2014) and as a Customer Operations Specialist at ESB (2011-2012). Colm earned a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Manchester, achieving First Class Honours, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University College Dublin, also with First Class Honours. Additionally, Colm is a published author in the fields of performance management and business ethics.
