Conor Gunn

Conor Gunn is a Partner in EY's Government and Infrastructure unit in Dublin, specializing in advising clients on large capital projects, investment programmes, and procurement. With 25 years of corporate and project finance experience, they spent 11 years at the National Treasury Management Agency, where they led a team in negotiating and awarding infrastructure contracts. Prior roles include Corporate Finance Manager at BDO Ireland and Director at Messam Consulting Limited, where they provided financial consultancy for the National Broadband Plan. Conor holds a degree from University College Dublin.
