Conor Kelch possesses extensive experience in consulting and engineering across various organizations. Initial roles included Staff Consultant at EY (2016-2018) and various positions such as Senior Manager - Consulting and Senior Consultant, all based in Chicago, Illinois. Prior experiences featured internships at UOP, A Honeywell Company and GE Healthcare, as well as participation in the World Business Chicago Innovation & Venture Professional Fellowship, focusing on strategic planning and COVID recovery initiatives. Currently, Conor serves as a Project Reviewer for the U.S. Department of Energy in 2024 and is set to work as a Research Analyst at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management from September 2024 to June 2025.
