Craig Frabotta is a Partner and Principal at Ernst & Young, currently serving as the Americas Global Incentives, Innovation, and Location Services Co-Leader. Passionate about securing funding for R&D and innovation, they have led initiatives that have assisted clients in accessing substantial investments across various sectors. With a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from John Carroll University, alongside a J.D. and MBA from The University of Akron, they combine legal and business expertise to influence corporate incentives. Craig has also served as EY's Global R&D and Innovation Incentives Leader, overseeing strategies that impact research incentive regimes globally. An avid sports fan, they are a dedicated youth sports coach and a founding member of the Positive Coaching Alliance’s Cleveland chapter.
