Craig Hermann, CPA, CA, is a retired partner at EY with over 30 years of experience in taxation, primarily serving private and family-owned businesses in the manufacturing and real estate development sectors. They held the position of Tax Partner at Hergott Duval Stack LLP from 1988 to 2012 before transitioning to EY, where they focused on corporate acquisitions, planning, restructuring, and resource taxation. Craig earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan between 1982 and 1986.
