Crystal Chen is currently a Senior Consultant at EY, bringing a wealth of experience from various roles. Previously, Crystal has worked as a Business Operations Associate at Microsoft, a Financial Analyst at Flipp, and a Technical Process Analyst at CIBC. Crystal also gained valuable experience as a Pharmacy Assistant at Pharmasave Drugs and as a Summer Student in the Supply Chain Operations Department at STEMCELL Technologies. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology at the University of Waterloo, Crystal has consistently achieved academic excellence, earning a spot on the Dean's Honour List.
