Daigo (Dave) Goto is a Global Mobility Professional with extensive experience in assisting clients with Japanese individual income tax compliance and global mobility tax solutions. Fluent in both Japanese and English, they have nine years of experience supporting Japanese multinational companies and foreign firms in Japan. Currently a Senior Manager at EY in People Advisory Services, Goto’s expertise spans global mobility transformation, global compensation management, policy design and review, global payroll coordination, and health-check services. Goto holds a BSc in Economics with a focus on International Finance from Otaru University of Commerce and a Postgraduate Diploma in International Economics from the University of Nottingham.
