Dan Black

Dan Black is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent strategy and organizational effectiveness at EY, where Dan has held various leadership roles since July 1994, including Global Leader for Talent Strategy and Organizational Effectiveness and Global Leader for Talent Attraction & Acquisition. Dan has successfully led the talent acquisition efforts globally, overseeing recruitment across all lines of business. Additionally, Dan served as the Americas Director of Recruiting and the Americas Director of Campus Recruiting, focusing on talent acquisition for North and South America. Earlier in their career, Dan worked as an Auditor in the Financial Services Organization. Dan also contributed to the field as a Board Member and President of the National Association of Colleges and Employers from July 2012 to June 2015. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Binghamton University.
