Dan Hendy

Dan Hendy currently serves as the Global Legal Operations Leader at EY since March 2023. Prior to this role, Dan held significant positions at UnitedLex, including Executive Vice President of Corporate and Commercial Solutions and Chief Strategy Officer from April 2018 to March 2023. Dan's experience at GE spanned from 2015 to 2018, where responsibilities included Chief Operating Officer and Associate General Counsel for Global Law & Policy. Additional roles at GE included Integration Leader for Legal & Compliance at Avio Aero from 2013 to 2015, and General Counsel for Unison Industries and Civil Systems from 2010 to 2013. Dan also served as Counsel for the Commercial Engines Operation at GE Aviation from 2007 to 2009 and as a Senior Associate at Frost Brown Todd from 2004 to 2007. Dan earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Miami University.
