Dan Lipton

Dan Lipton is a Tax Partner/Principal at EY, where they lead the East Region Indirect Tax Practice, focusing on state income/franchise tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, tax controversy, and sales and use tax analysis. Previously, Dan served as a Finance and Accounting Recruiter at Kforce and as a Staff Accountant at KPMG, where they assisted with SEC filings for publicly held companies. Dan also gained experience as a Student Attorney at Hale and Dorr Legal Services Center and interned in Securities Litigation and Employment Law at Fidelity Investments. They earned their law degree from Suffolk University Law School.
