Dana Douglas

Dana Douglas is a Principal at EY, serving as the Lead Lawyer for U.S. Litigation and Regulatory matters. They previously worked as an attorney at Mayer Brown from 2002 to 2016, focusing on complex commercial litigation, criminal matters, and providing representation for major accounting firms. They also served as a law clerk to Honorable Samuel A. Alito Jr. on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Dana holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Northwestern University.
