Daniel C. White

Daniel C. White is a seasoned tax advisory professional with significant experience in transaction tax advisory, currently serving as the Leader for the Transaction Tax Advisory practice for the Central region at EY since June 2016. This role involves advising public companies, private equity funds, and large privately held companies on strategic tax aspects of various transactions. Prior to this, Daniel served as a Principal in the Transaction Tax Group, focusing on corporate and partnership tax issues in mergers and acquisitions. Daniel's extensive background includes roles as a Partner at Bryan Cave LLP, providing corporate, partnership, and international tax planning services, and as a Commissioner for the Lambert Airport Commission. As an adjunct Professor at Washington University School of Law, Daniel taught advanced corporate taxation in the LLM program. Daniel holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and an AB in Public Policy Studies from Duke University.
