Danielle Dancyger

Danielle Dancyger, CPA, CA, currently serves as the HR Director for Canada's People Team at EY, where they provide strategic HR advice and counsel to business leaders on various aspects of human resource management. They have previously held multiple roles at EY, including Associate Director of Consulting and Director of Tax, while starting their career with internships at Southlake Regional Health Centre and EY. Danielle holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from the Schulich School of Business, where they were a Dean’s Honour List recipient, and is currently pursuing further studies in French through the Government of Canada Explore Program. They also participated in an international exchange at ESSEC as part of their studies in International Business.
