Dave Bickley

Dave Bickley is currently the Head of Sanctions Compliance at EY, having commenced this role in 2023 after serving as Assistant Director - Sanctions & Financial Crime at the same firm from 2020 to 2023. Prior to EY, Dave worked at Barclays from 2014 to 2020 as a Sanctions Advisory Manager, where they advised on sanctions queries and managed screening work volumes. Dave's earlier experience includes roles as a Financial Crime Analyst and Sanctions Support Analyst, contributing to the implementation of sanctions processes and training staff. Dave holds a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Hull, earned in 2006.
