Dave Lomax

Dave Lomax is a Partner at EY-Parthenon, leading the Transaction Diligence and Parthenon teams in Melbourne. With extensive experience in transaction advisory services, they have advised on major sale processes, IPOs, and demergers across various industries. Since 2018, Dave has also served as a Board Member for SecondBite, an organization dedicated to redistributing surplus food to those in need across Australia. They hold a BA (Hons) in Business Economics from the University of Durham, completed in 2002.
